Message Factory guarantees that all products manufactured and sold online do not contain any manufacturing defect. We will be happy to replace or credit any defective items. If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, you can return it or exchange it for an item of another size or color. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for an exchange or return. Items purchased in the Message Factory online store cannot be exchanged or returned to Message Factory retailers.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: We will be happy to accept returns until January 15th for items purchased as gifts. Purchases in November can be exchanged or will receive a credit note. Purchases in December can be refunded. Your package must be shipped before January 15th to guarantee your refund. The merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. No price adjustment will be accepted.
• If you return one or more items that you purchased benefiting a promotion (ex. 20 $ off / 100$ purchase, BOGO, etc) it is likely that you will lose the promotion privilege when processing the return.
• Items bought in the FINAL SALE section (special prices ending with ,99$) are non-returnable or non-refundable
To make a return or exchange:
If you are not completely satisfied with your new clothes, we invite you to return them to us within 10 days of the reception for a refund. The postmark date of the return will serve as the reference. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an exchange for online purchases.
If you wish to change for a different size or color, we invite you to make a return and exchange request.
Returns in Canada
- Go to the return section, you will need your order number to complete the request. For each item to be returned, indicate the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return label to print. No item will be refunded without authorization.
- Place the items you want to return in the recycled poly bag in which they were previously delivered.
- Use the unused adhesive tape to close the bag and affix the prepaid return label to the package.
- Bring your package to a Canada Post counter to ship your return.
Returns can be made directly to our warehouse store in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Items must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be made the next business day electronically, and you will receive a confirmation by email. Note that it can take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
